Getting Things Started
- Pour chia seeds and rolled cut oats into the mason jar
- Add milk to the dry ingredients, followed by peanut butter, then maple syrup
- Use a spoon to mix dry and wet ingredients thoroughly.
- Seal the mason jar with the lid and set it in a refrigerator.
- Remove the jar from the fridge the next morning
- Open the lid and sprinkle fruit toppings on the oats. I highly recommend fresh berries, apples, mango, or bananas.
- Enjoy your overnight oats with a cup of coffee.
