DIET/EXERCISE LINES TO GET RID OF VISCERAL FAT 1

I recommend the ways below;

Eat more soluble fiber

What is your best bet with food when it comes to weight loss? I always tell my clients to choose foods with soluble fiber. Such foods hold onto more water and create a gel that delays food digestion. As a result, you stay full for longer, reducing the chances of eating frequently. This helps reduce caloric intake, helping fight visceral fat.

Regular exercise with compound workouts

Exercise is known for its numerous health gains. But if you are looking to mainly cut fat, I usually tell my clients to consider compound exercises like burpees, lunges, and deadlift. These workouts exploit energy from various muscles at the same time, which massively reduces calories in the body. But I generally recommend regular exercise of high or moderate intensity, at least thric every week.

Minimize processed carbs

Carbohydrates greatly contribute to belly fat, which possibly causes the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart illnesses. I highly recommend eating moderate amounts of unrefined carbs, including whole grains that keep you satisfied for longer. This way, your chances of adding more calories are limited, thus helping cut off abdominal fat.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
