How Dating a Narcissist Changes You

When you date a narcist, there is a good chance you will experience a dip in your self-esteem levels. A narcist will comment negatively about your career, body, or those you keep in your inner circle. This will make you feel uncomfortable in your own skin or think you are not the right person for that position at your workplace. While you might think your feeling of insecurity will suddenly evaporate when you end the romantic relationship with a narcist, that is not the case. The feeling won’t go away quickly. As a relationship expert, it hurts to say, but this will make you find it difficult to engage in or maintain romantic relationships in the future.
