B12 DEFICIENCY

SIGNS B12 DEFICIENCY TO LOOK OUT FOR WHEN YOU GO TO THE TOILET

I strongly advise you go for a vitamin B12 test if you notice the following signs after visiting the toilet;

Diarrhea

Inadequate vitamin B12 in the body can impact your gut tract. It lowers the red blood cells count reducing the amount of oxygen in the whole digestive tract triggering diarrhea and induce weakness feelings. Chronic vitamin B12 can result to bacteria overgrowth in the gut which heightens your diarrhea risk.

Constipation or problems in bowel movement

One of the most common signs to watch out for include constipation or troubles in emptying your bowels as the gut tract normal functioning is decreased to low or insufficient red blood cells to supply oxygen in the digestive system.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
