SUPER DEHYDRATING FOOD

THIS IS THE SUPER DEHYDRATING FOOD YOU HAVE TO STOP EATING OVER 40

Cucumber

Cucumber is a great skin nourisher that cannot miss in my grocery list. It contains over 95% water. Consuming it can highly contribute to body hydration, which comes with wonderful benefits on the skin. It also contains bioactive compounds, such as cucumerin and orintin for increased skin hydration, pain relief following sunburn, and reduced irritation. I always recommend it to my clients aged 40 and more, as it can help lower the aging rate. Cucumber can also reduce puffiness and swelling, leaving your skin relaxed with improved complexion.

Sugary foods

Sugary products and treats can cause dehydration or worsen it. If you choose soda to quench your thirst during the summer, it may worsen the situation. Also, eating sugary treats can increase urination due to how the sugar interacts with water in the cells. It promotes more water transfer from the cells, which is released through urine, leaving your body dehydrated. As a result, your skin dries, making noticeable fine lines or wrinkles with an uneven complexion.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
