When with a fruit during or after workouts, I recommend you take eat a slice or some of the fruit you desire of. You can opt to eat a watermelon, berries, an apple, banana or any fruit of your choice.

Some people may crave for salt, sweets, chocolate milk, proteins, or vegetables.
