The traveling plank
How to Do It
Get into a plank position with the neck and head straightened. Ensure the hands are tucked below the shoulders while the back stays lifted.
Start by moving your left leg and hand one step to the left side; that counts as a single rep. Take another step to the left as you reset back to the original plank position before moving again. After completing ten steps, switch sides and repeat the same with the right foot and hand. I recommend you do 3 to 5 sets daily.

Medicine Ball Superman
How to Do It
Lie on your belly and hold the ball in your hands with the arms extended towards the front while ensuring a straight neck and head.
Lift the medicine ball, upper body, and legs using the chest and core muscles. Ensure the head or neck is neutral as you lift and raise the three to your maximum.
Reset to the starting positions. I recommend you do 3 to 5 sets of 10 to 15 reps daily.
