THE FIRST NOTICEABLE SYMPTOM OF BOWEL CANCER THAT TARGETS MOST PEOPLE

Changes in bowel behavior

Colorectal cancer may not show the signs immediately. However, when it happens, it alters the bowel movement causing narrowing of stool, constipation, or diarrhea. Individuals can mostly recognize it by having a frequent urge of using the toilet because poop may pass more often or looser than normal. The stool may also be maroon, dark brown, black, or with blood. Additionally, victims may notice cramping or pain in the abdomen, bloating, or discomfort, which could reduce eating and cause weight loss. If you notice such symptoms, I recommend seeking immediate medical advice. They will carry out a few tests, including examination to confirm you do not have lumps. Blood tests will also help confirm your iron levels that may be reduced following excessive blood lost through frequent pooping.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
