Practice Morning Meditation
Starting your day with meditation can filter out your negative thoughts and fill you will love and open-heartedness. Use Positive Affirmations
When you are single, you need something to remind you that you deserve love and happiness. That is what positive affirmations do. Examples of affirmations you can use each morning include, “I can attract good things into my life, including relationships”, “I let go of my past love, my heart is ready to love again”, or ” I am proud of my sexuality, and I won’t feel ashamed for being my authentic (sexual) self.
