I highly recommended dinks on a daily basis;

Water

Taking 8 to 10 glasses per day can lower the dehydration levels and increases the fluid levels in your body. This can aid in digestion, lower constipation, regulate blood pressure, prevent damage of the inner cells and tissues by the free radicals, heighten joint lubrication, and facilitates excretion of waste.

Herbal teas

Green, oolong, and black teas are the most common multiple drinks that serve a wide variety of functions to promote a better wellbeing. They are rich in antioxidants, caffeine, flavanones and anti-inflammatory properties that support numerous body functions. These properties are beneficial to your skin and brain health.

Nut drink

It’s a healthy drink made of fresh nuts and water. Its packed with dense beneficial nutrients like vitamin A, C, D, E, low in calories and with a high protein value to enhance numerous body functions.

Other effective drinks include; fruit or vegetable juices, coffee and fruit mock tails.
